This leads you to believe that they have a noble mission to rid the earth of joblessness while simultaneously finding the next brilliant minds. Brilliance, you see, is not just so and so who is never late for work. Brilliance is a mind as great as Einstein. This is the promise they make. They will find you brilliance. The brains that will build you the space ship that will take you to the moon. Such an honourable thing to promise.

That being said, Andela loses the message after the grammar. There's no human touch and there's little to no effort to understand, let alone meet, human needs. Andela is a recruitment firm masquerading as a tech company. Join here if you're a bossy engineer who likes telling those silly recruiters how to do their job. Turn and run if you're a recruiter trying to help clients meet their headcount needs and candidates find positions that match their needs as best you can.
