      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, 401K Match and options, Good health programs and people tend to be pretty open to change and enjoy what they do.

      Cons

      Management isn't seen on the floor. VOE clearly stated that direction and strategy wasn't clear last year and we still don't have a solution for this concern. There is definitely a disconnect between management and everyone else.

      Working for Andersen has changed the way I think about work. I enjoy what I do. Management listens. I love it. I never want to work for anyone else.

      Sometimes I find we get in our own way.

      Great company culture, very laid back. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      There is room for growth, but climbing up the ladder isn't always easy or simple.
