      No reason for initiative, no teamwork, This has been destroyed by the new president and former owner/CEO along with the new authoritarian Engineering manager.

      Cons

      Pay is as low as they can go with getting away with it for as long as they can.

      Pros

      They people that work here are true craftsmen. The technical expertise in stainless steel manufacturing is second to none.

      Cons

      The work can be high pressure.

      Pros

      Base salary is decent and a bonus is given out. The engineers were pretty solid people to work with.

      Cons

      Too many cooks in the kitchen. Overly collaborative work environment. Micromanaging occurs by people that you don't even report to. I can't say I hated it there, but it was weird.
