Pros
I feel generally supported by my department. I have had a lot of training in new systems and you can ask as many questions as you like. Nice friendly environment and I feel I can speak to any colleagues. Summer party was really good fun.
Cons
Being on different floors makes it difficult to meet everyone. We did have a summer party and that was fun and met new people.
