      Pros

      Project managers are helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      Problem with payments: they’ve stopped paying me. In response to my numerous reminders, they either do not reply or a different person each time promises to take care of the situation. In reality, they do nothing and continue to refuse to pay. I strongly advise translators to avoid collaborating with them, as they fail to settle payments and show no respect.

      The work was interesting and they paid me for it.

      Cons

      I was given way too much work to do in too little time. There was confusion in communication between the client, agency, and myself.

      Pros

      They used to pay their vendors even though it was late. The fact that they do not respond emails anymore make me think that they have no intention of paying anyone at this point.

      Cons

      They do not pay their freelancers in a timely manner and ghost them. It is not clear whether they will ever pay.
