Great people and management overall

There wasn't any issue while I was there

One of the pros about the company is the organizational culture of the Andre Landscape. Since the owners are very involved everyone feels like family and are constantly told how much we are appreciated! Another pro is the ability to learn new skills and grow within the company!

The company is still growing very fast so there can sometimes be changes that are made frequently that can be overwhelming but ALS works as a team and everyone helps one another so even if the changes can be startling everyone works together to make sure the changes are streamlined smoothly.
