They also act like their smaller company has more job security because you won’t be working for one of the bigger corporations that contract them, thus theoretically you wouldn’t be affected by layoffs or issues. Not true at all. Here you will get paid much less than at a larger company and your employment will likely to be affected by any large turnovers that other company has.
