      I cannot recall any benefits that are not present at other employers.

      Cons

      Toxic upper management and workplace culture in technical departments, high turnover rate. This applies only to the Separations location in DFW, global staff I met was pleasant.

      Flexible hours. Some work from home available. Challenging projects. Understanding and caring management.

      Cons

      Sometimes overwhelming work loads. Can be high stress at times. Often time weekend work is needed.
