It's a really hard problem - one riddled with opacity and friction - but one that promises to have massive implications for funds, investors and companies involved with this exciting $14-trillion-dollar market. - Collegial culture: The company is growing quickly, but has been able to scale its culture well. Above all, people who work at Anduin are hardworking, humble, and fun! - Thoughtful product: Anduin spent years building a product that meets the operational needs of any fund managers looking to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of its investors. The product is well-designed and exhaustive - and expanding to cover more and more critical customer workflows beyond fund marketing and subscription. I can't tell you how many times we hear: "I love Anduin. I want to use Anduin for everything." This product is also incredibly flexible which allows Anduin to serve fund managers across the alts space e.g. crypto, real estate, credit.

International footprint: Anduin's product and engineering team is based in Asia while most of its go-to-market team is based in the U.S. There are real advantages to this - compelling global culture, around the clock coverage, etc. - but, depending on your function at the company, you could occasionally have an earlier start or later end to your day than your standard 9am-5pm in order to coordinate with your colleagues in Asia. It's in no way a deal breaker for anyone interested in the company, but just something that people should be aware of.
