Pros
It has been about five years since I joined the Angel at the post of Deputy Manager, Operations. Before joining Angel, I had the experience of working with 4 companies in the same sector. My stint with none of those companies had been more than 4 years. The fact that I have been working with Angel since last five years without any desire to switch in itself proves the good work culture of Angel. In these five years, I have progressed in so many fields, be it knowledge, or experience, or remuneration. Above them all, I have learnt professionalism as a service provider. I have formed strong bond with my colleagues and seniors. Every day I feel the urge to do my bit to contribute in the progress of the company. This can only be possible when you are satisfied with your employer.
Cons
I wish Angel gives it’s employees some flexibility of working from home in certain adverse circumstances so that we can give our best without affecting our work life balance.
