Pros
The positions are mostly remote, as of now. At the end of the day, animals are being saved. Management means well, but fails miserably at making good business decisions. Fundraising dollars really do go to help the animals.
Cons
You are expected to be at the beck and call of management and the Board of Directors any time of the day or night. The volunteers run the show; the employees are treated like garbage. No professional development opportunities given. Lots of drama, stress and chaos. No regular reviews, promotions or raises.
