Regarding turnover, the claim of 90% turnover is inaccurate. Over the past year, we have stabilized and even reduced turnover. Our team includes both long-tenured employees and those who have recently joined, reflecting a dynamic and evolving workforce.
We understand that quotas can feel challenging, and we recognize the importance of setting goals that are both ambitious and achievable. Our intention with these targets is to drive success while supporting individual growth and team performance.
