They will look for any reason to fire you/write you up.
They base goals off how the top 20 are performing, and in order to avoid paying them, they raise goals. Just made each sale worth less points, and raised goals again.
They look at what the company generated in revenue and then decide what your revenue goals are to be paid on 🤣
