Some of the technology has the potential to be a game changer in the industry, sadly upper management is only focused on mergers and acquisitions to try and pad their reported profits
Cons
Lack of indications, reimbursement for products, unrealistic quotas and growth CAPPED commissions with multiple product buckets Commission clawback if you fall below 85% in any given bucket that you previously were paid commissions on micromanaging leadership highest turnover of tenured reps I have ever witnessed
