- flat structure - a lot of great people, no matter the position - plenty of benefits - the company is paying constant attention to employee satisfaction (measured with surveys etc.) - they actually take in - an actual possibility to change a project if you don't like the one you are in
Cons
- it's a software house, so code quality is not that important. Also you may end up in the bad project/client
