Some of the people who work there are great people. It used to be a much happier place to work, before current bullying management was hired.

Management are bullies. Pay stays near minimum wage, even after many years, inhumane working conditions, with management turning off the heat in your break cabin, so you dont have a warm place to go during your break, unheated toilets and showers, so cold the floor is always slippery from condensation. Actually the rats aren't too great, either, but they're working on those.

The company is well structured, and there is scope for further international development. Staff is friendly and helpful, modern offices and up to date computers. Welcoming various cultures.

Lack of any benefits, incentives and/or perks, team building activities non-existent, the employees are seen as just a number by the senior management.
