Pros
There are hard-working employees. Central location
Cons
Once in the company, the prospects of changing jobs are materially prevented... If trying to get into another Italian company, forget it. It will only expose you. The overall morale is depressing, most departments have turnover levels of about 50-70%. Perhaps the board should enquire... The ambience is so deprecated that employees are job-searching in plain daylight. When staff leave, they are replaced with inexperienced staff regardless of the role being covered or responsibilities. The palpable focus is cutting costs to the extent that managers find it hard to retain and motivate employees. There is no regard whatsoever for seniority, especially in decision-making autonomy.
