Very smart and hard working people that are dedicated to the mission.

Although there is an organizational structure, it often isn't followed and causes duplication of efforts and lines of communication.

I was lucky to be able to work on interesting projects and overall enjoyed my time there.

Government bureaucracy is tough to navigate. Not much room for significant advancement without having to deal with a lot of government rules and the best people are not always the ones that get promoted.
