Pros
The Animalz team is one of the smartest, most curious, and highly motivated I've ever worked with. At the same time, everyone's approachable and super helpful, which makes it fun to work and collaborate with different people. We also have a strong list of customers who lean on us for strategic direction and innovative content ideas. We're always challenged to think outside the box, making the work we do exciting, fun, and conducive to growth. The new CEO, Ty, has been able to bring a new vision and drive to the team (coming in after a very challenging year of contraction and layoffs). By refocusing our purpose around driving customer outcomes, he's been able to change our trajectory around to a positive one and provide stability.
Cons
The agency is still in a transitionary phase moving from the old business model to a new one. We've made a lot of progress, but we're still smoothing out new processes and operations, which can sometimes feel a bit seat-of-the-pants-y.
