      Live, work, and breath anime! Beautiful location in Santa Monica.

      No leadership No structure Good behavior is not recognized Bad behavior is left ignored Offensive conduct/behaviors (including nonverbal) by employees which are threatening, humiliating, or intimidating are commonplace.

      I got to meet amazing people, I was able to see behind the scenes of how a convention is brought to life.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work if you are an anime fan. Sony benefits are great. Bonus received in first year. Half days on Fridays during the summer.

      Cons

      No pay raise even with increase in work load Micro-managing Not much room for upward growth or promotion.
