      Great start, terrible ending - Anonymous employee Anitian Employee Review

      Pros

      This company was once a great up-and-coming startup with lots of opportunities for employees to learn and grow. It was a company that knew what it was doing, was successful, and had a purpose. The employees were a diversified group of folks who represented some of the tops in their fields. Being 100% remote was a big benefit to working here. The biggest benefit is having that FedRAMP experience you can bring to other companies with competent leadership.

      Cons

      All of the positives were stripped away when they hired the current CEO. He checked out a long time ago. He was never a security guy and really didn't know what to do with what he had. Now the company has bled all the top talent, either through the multiple rounds of layoffs or being poached by other companies. Most of the leadership he brought in with him has already departed, leaving a skeleton crew.

      Pros

      - Can pretty much make my own hours (under my manager) - Work from home is great if that's your preference. Also have the ability to work from the home office - Leadership keeps us informed - Good culture and team. - I actually feel like my work matters

      Cons

      - Can have some crunch times where you work extra hours. But it is not constant. - Can have some communication fails between teams that causes confusion sometimes. But it's nothing terrible.
