long hours during busy season (summer/construction season), management not strict during busy season because they are focused on product that are due to ship pays the bill

lack of raise, promised a yearly review once a year for every year, been there over 5 years and have gotten 2 review only. Even when reported to both supervisor and plant manager for yearly review because its well over due, they'll just say "ok we'll do your review" only to make you think they going to but months later if I didn't say a thing I probably wouldn't have even gotten my second review. bad communication despite there being a company wide meeting every Monday, I believe it's primary due to lack of skill set from the supervisor(supervisor here are only supervisor from seniority/favor not from skill set or the knowledge of actually supervising). when ask to change position for a higher upside position for a better pay, chances are depends on how your value in your current position, even when you are highly valued in your position they will bribe you with a measly 25 cent raise, 50 cent top to keep you at your current position as to the other position where its a dollar or two high cap from where you are.
