Anna Beck has grown immensely in the past couple years, leaders have taken responsibility for the shortcomings and issues and are constantly working hard to overcome them and create a clear vision. A lot of work is being done to grow the team and the company values. If you are a good fit in the company and do your job well, there is endless opportunity to grow and give input that is heard and valued. The core company mission is wonderful and unique, and a lot of truly exciting things are happening right now. Besides all that, your health insurance is paid for, you receive generous paid vacation, and have work flexibility I've never had before. Every team member cares and carries their weight, and that is a rare thing.
Cons
The founder is not a personality that everyone can work with - and she is the first to admit that. Not an uncommon trait in small creative business founders, though. You MUST be flexible, nimble, not take things personal, and go with the flow of changing ideas. She is, at her core, a kind person that cares about her employees and cares deeply about the business. If you are organized, confident in your work but take feedback easily, you won't have an issue.
