Pros
work from home management gave great feedback coworkers wanted you to succeed even though there were no additional benefits to anyone
Cons
horrible pay for the type of work we did. harassing customers when we did get a lead to make contact, essentially doing all the work, we received zero bonuses or even a pat on the back, while the agents reaped all the benefits the base pay has not increased to accommodate inflation and it shows how little respect the company has for its employees
