Cons
Micro-management is painful, constant 1-2-1's where you are turned into stats, look at your emails, listen to your phone-calls, very over enthusiastic to people who do really well and crush people who they think are not doing well in their eyes, they act as if they care about being meticulous and perfect yet so many mistakes are being made even by managers thats its ironic. They claim to be empathic but they just care about you being a sales/quote machine. SO ARROGANT its unbelievable. It took me a while to accept the job because they couldnt make their minds up whether they were going to place me in witney oxfordshire or london - whwere the job had been actually advertised! and they've punished me for it the whole time i was thre by comign down on me so hard and picking up on the most minor of discerpencies which were made company wide, all because they expect you to jump at the opportunity as soon as they offer it to you, even if it means relocating to the back and beyond when paying rent for a house in london. The managers think they are the best and the company is the best but they're shallow and obsessed with figures because the company is owned by investment bankers. UNFORGIVING environment.
