      The product is good and has potential it is in the hands of bad management

      Cons

      They take probation period quite seriously, they will hire quickly test your skills for few days and if they don’t even like the slightest thing you are at risk of getting discarded Hope the investors read the reviews and the 5 star reviews are fake!!

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
