      I had a very good experience working with JoulestoWatts. It has been more than 3 years now and the team is very supportive in all the aspects and the HR are there to help and support us whenever we require assistance.

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
