      well organized, great industry experience, reputable employer, amazing events, fun coworkers

      Cons

      (like most parts of the music industry) a very white company and a little nepotistic. interns were often connected to employees in the company previously. also, some of the higher ups could be a little rude to people lower in the company

      Pros

      Cool work environment, wide variety of co-workers and overall very nice people, stellar opportunities, you get to wear different hats so you're never really bored, raises more frequent than you'd think, get to go on fun trips

      Cons

      during the slow season it can be hard to get hours, super long hours other times
