Pros

Working at Ansiblehealth has been an exhilarating journey filled with passion, innovation, and unparalleled growth. As an employee, I've been fortunate enough to witness and contribute to the creation of a company culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and a shared vision to revolutionize the healthcare industry. In the midst of the struggles often faced by a startup, Ansiblehealth's spirit remains unwavering. We've encountered challenges, no doubt, but these obstacles have only strengthened our resolve to succeed. Being a part of a young company has allowed us to develop a tight-knit community, where every team member's voice is valued and ideas are celebrated, regardless of their role or experience. One of the most thrilling aspects of working at Ansiblehealth is the unique opportunity to shape an unexplored space in the healthcare industry. We're pioneers in our field, pushing the boundaries and charting new territories. This unparalleled experience of being in on the ground floor of a groundbreaking venture gives us the chance to make a significant impact not only within the company but also in the lives of countless individuals seeking better healthcare solutions. The company's commitment to growth is truly inspiring. From ongoing learning opportunities to professional development programs, Ansiblehealth ensures that its employees are continually empowered to evolve and advance in their careers. Our collective success is celebrated, and we're encouraged to take ownership of our projects, which nurtures a sense of pride and fulfillment in the work we do. In summary, my time at Ansiblehealth has been nothing short of extraordinary. The dynamic culture, the thrill of working with a startup, and the potential to redefine an entire industry make it an exhilarating and fulfilling place to be. It's not just a job; it's an exciting journey of exploration and growth that I am grateful to be a part of. Working for a startup is not for the faint of hearts and you must not be afraid to work :)

Cons

Uncertainty: Being part of a startup means facing uncertainty in various aspects of the business, including funding, and market viability. Workload and Time Commitment: The fast-paced nature of a startup demands dedication and long hours to meet ambitious goals. Balancing work and personal life can be challenging at times Rapid Changes: As a startup we pivot and change direction quickly, which may lead to shifting priorities or sudden adjustments in your role. Job Stability: Startup success is not guaranteed, and there's always a risk of the company facing financial challenges or even closure. Limited Benefits: Startups may not offer the same level of benefits or perks as larger companies due to financial constraints. Growing Pains: As the company grows, there might be some growing pains and occasional hiccups in processes or communication. However, the company does actively address these challenges to improve the overall work experience

Pros

I bet you can’t find any.

Cons

I have a long list of my personal experience. Financial: no hike in first 3 years of joining followed by 1% hike after 3 years Career Growth: have good internal training platform, but has not much relation real time projects. There is NO job security . Also, company has a great loopholes to exploit employees and its clients (elderlies) in any ways possible. For e.g. while keeping you on bench, you are asked not to use any leave as there may be client interviews any time. And all of a sudden HR comes to you and gives you the news of termination of employment with immediate effect. Also ANSIBLE does not pay you for unused PTO/ vacation as a part of company policy, so employee is screwed , who has family to run.
