Pros

Gives you motivation to better yourself.

Cons

This place was a a horrible experience. First the pay is horrible but for an entry level job in advertising you can expect it, BUT they work you like a dog. The joke around the office is that it’s a sweat shot and a daycare. You get treated with zero respect by superiors, superiors who watch your every move and come down on you for taking a simple bathroom break. They also make you sign up on a board for lunch. It’s like in grade school when you had to pick the popsicle stick that said if you were buying or not. They constantly tell you changes are coming, they never do. They always tell you that they want to hear concerns and feedback and if you’re feeling burnt out (they literally work you like a dog), every time you have that conversation though they turn it around on you and nothing changes. The systems they use for work are going offline for sometimes hours almost weekly, where is the fix on the one system that runs your entire department. They also seem to care very little or even acknowledge the TPM department so that alone tells you they don’t care about changes or there employees. In order to see any promotion past an AR II you have to hope that things fell perfectly for you because management have been known to block people from advancing because teams are so understaffed that it’s not possible. Which is another isue, in the 10 months I worked there my team was understaffed by 4 people for 6 months and were never fully staffed in that time. When clients came in for another team they pulled people to fill the desk during that time. Overall management of horrible and they rely on graduating college students who are desperate.

We are working to improve the overtime, career path, and the employee experience in the TPM department. We are using results from a recent leadership survey we just completed to help each TPM Manager focus on areas they need to improve. We know an employee’s experience is most directly impacted by their manager, so we want to provide more focused training to help our managers be the best they can be. We are listening and we care greatly about the quality of life for people in this department as well as their future with Ansira.

Pros

Great benefits and unlimited/flexible PTO

Cons

Workload expectations were unsustainable. To meet the basic requirements of my role, I regularly worked 50–70 hours per week. While the company offered flexible PTO, there was little meaningful coverage when employees were out, often resulting in even more work upon return. Frequent layoffs and ongoing staff reductions meant existing clients were repeatedly reassigned from departing employees to the remaining team members, further increasing workloads and making it harder to provide the level of service clients deserved. As responsibilities grew, client escalations became increasingly common, and support from leadership during those situations was inconsistent. The moment that best captured the disconnect between leadership and employee reality was a company training on having a "growth mindset" that included the message, "It's not bandwidth. It's mindset." For employees already struggling with excessive workloads and burnout, this felt dismissive of legitimate capacity concerns. The culture ultimately led to significant burnout, high stress, and declining morale. The company has talented employees and clients, but leadership would benefit from addressing workload management, staffing levels, accountability, and employee well-being before focusing on mindset and productivity initiatives.
