Attempted to create "fun" culture while crushing any attempts within offices to have a functioning culture. (Example: cutting budgets for office events while spending several thousand dollars to produce a "fun" music video where the executive team lip synched.)
Across more than 3 CEO's (in the less than 3 years I worked there), the leadership team seemed more focused on creating a mission statement that sounds good to potential clients instead of actually addressing the problems in the company.
The only promotions that were ever regularly approved were for VP level and above, while the rest of the work force remained stagnant.
They did not factor in cost of living into any annual pay increases, and leadership did not seem to understand why capping merit increases to a low percentage came off as demeaning.
Benefits are noncompetitive.
Overall, leadership seemed to ignore any issues they're employees were having, and then seemed shocked/confused when employees left and client relationships deteriorated due to the employees leaving.
