1) Think twice if you don’t understand Chinese, especially if you can’t read. Most documents are in Chinese, and your lead only speaks Chinese. You’ll often need someone to translate for you. 2) This is a result-driven company, bright career if you're willing to spend most of your time writing impressive weekly reports to impress your bosses. 3) The office location is awful, KL Gtower with poorly maintained elevators and heavy crowds. 4) Although they claim this is an international office, it still follows a typical Chinese corporate culture. You’ll mostly be working with 80% China software engineers who don’t speak English. 5) The salary is around average or slightly above the market rate, but expect long working hours (9 am to 9 pm, five days a week). No worklife balance 6) Some coworkers are mainly focused on hard-selling the company benefits on social media, as they’re paid well for hiring referrals. 7) There’s an internal timesheet system where you’ll need to log your hours to help the company track the time spent on each project.
