The management over at sheaf quay need serious training. They only think About themselves. They only care if you are naturally good at the job because they have no interest in training anyone. There clearly Is a clique in with the management. If you're not in with this clique then you'll get sacked within a year. Even if you are the top seller. They will sack you. There's 1% chance of progression as every time a management spot came up. The favourite agent at the time is pulled of the phones and promoted.
