Pros

Close to bus routes I guess?

Cons

Ant marketing is horrific. They tell new employees that they ar me a family unit and that they value staff. They do Not. At antenna house. Yes the staff are treated like family. It's like a different company! Then you move to sheaf quay and the atmosphere is tragic! Every single agent looks like they want to jump of a cliff. If you are salaried then you are treated like a human being. If you are salaried then you are treated with respect. If you are hourly paid then you are disposable and they know that! The management over at sheaf quay need serious training. They only think About themselves. They only care if you are naturally good at the job because they have no interest in training anyone. There clearly Is a clique in with the management. If you're not in with this clique then you'll get sacked within a year. Even if you are the top seller. They will sack you. There's 1% chance of progression as every time a management spot came up. The favourite agent at the time is pulled of the phones and promoted.

Pros

I found the job easy enough to do and was not pressured. Work from home was offered immediately so I took it. I was in a more specialised role so was generally left alone for the whole time.

Cons

High turnover, minimum wage for a role that required a specific degree. Prospects for promotion involved no work from home arrangements and a very small salary increase.
