Hostile work environment. Poor communication. Witnessed a new manager screaming at a junior employee because said manager did not know said developer was on fexi time. This was the last in a series of erratic moves by the management that led to the quitting of the entire Irish development team. There are no developers working in Antares Galway for longer than 4 months.
