Pros

Worked with modern stack. Strong engineering culture, and good cross-team collaboration.

Cons

Layoffs were sudden and handled without much transparency. Felt misaligned with expectations of employee loyalty during difficult periods.

Pros

The hybrid work model is a real plus — it strikes a good balance between collaboration and personal flexibility. Flexible hours make it easy to manage your schedule around life, and the overall culture feels supportive and genuine. There is also a strong learning culture; people are encouraged to grow and develop their skills, which makes the environment engaging and motivating.

Cons

There is room for improvement in how changes are communicated across the organization. Priorities and goals can shift periodically, and it would be helpful to have more advance notice when policies or processes are updated. Greater clarity around the increment and compensation review process would also be appreciated, as more structured and transparent frameworks tend to strengthen employee confidence and retention.

Pros

- Hybrid work options - equipments provided - occasional outings

Cons

- no standard procedures for compensation and appraisals. - mostly resource augmentation - company isn't getting any sustainable projects for the past 1 year now. - environment has been toxic for last 1 year when company started struggling financially - no job security, if a project goes immediate layoffs announced and no bench exists. Since no projects are coming so in the longer run, more layoffs are expected even if they hire for short term projects.
