In common with the publishing industry in general, Anthem Press has endured some difficult years. This has necessitated a period of adjustment and extensive re-organization, which has stabilized and strengthened the company and its cash-flow. As a result, we now have developed an excellent global core team, and an impressive and expanding set of authors and academic advisers with whom we enjoy excellent working relationships. Within the last couple of years, we have restructured our internships as partnerships with university degree programs. We offer course fulfillment as the incentive for these positions, meaning participation in the program satisfies university degree requirements. This structure allows for interns to enjoy first-hand experience within the publishing world, while Anthem Press has the opportunity to vet prospective future employees. We greatly regret that some interns and employees did not have a positive experience at Anthem Press. Although we have, of course, taken their comments to heart, both the context and the reviews themselves are now largely historical. Exit surveys from our most recent interns provide much more positive feedback, reflecting the progress we have made. As always, there is still further to go, and we have some constructive and exciting plans for the future.
