      Pros

      -the employment(during the time I was there) was very stable. -the employees were very friendly and opened to sharing their knowledge with each other -there was a lot of creative freedom

      Cons

      -communication between the head management and employees is not so good. Most people do not find out that there will be a layoff until last minute. -no film work.

      Very professional for each artist and very strong chemistry

      Cons

      continuing contract period. it made a bit of busy look at other opportunity as long as the project is going to end
