Management is very helpful. Good working environment. Good training. They pay to get you licensed. Good benefits.

They keep cutting the commissions. Terminix is the parent company.

If you are a self motivated person this is the place to work. You get lots of freedom and have great benefits for you and your family.

No balance between work life and family life. Pay structure is terrible and it seems as though your a number in the company not a person. If you're not able to make the numbers they want then management let's you know that if things don't change you may not have a job. Very stressful environment to work in
