- Still early in own company development; will take ca. five years until the firm is a fully established player in the landscape - Competitive market (vs. Y Combinator, Sequoia Surge, Entrepreneur First) requiring significant effort to differentiate and attract high-quality talent - Very fast global expansion leads to heterogenous quality level in own staff globally
