-The offer letter was not provided despite requesting for multiple times. -Salary is paid only by cash and no salary slip is given, basically zero proof of salary payment. -Had to struggle a lot to get an Experience letter. -The entire company used one Gmail id for internal and external communication, cause huge confusion, try to ask the issue multiple times, tries to suggest alternatives but didn't work.
