Pros
1. Exposer to learning new technologies. 2. Will get learning experience in Agile methodology. 3. Only work and nothing else.
Cons
1. Very less time to complete the given work. 2. No proper training team. Atleast there should be some people who can tell the archetecture of the base product. 3. No proper guidance on assigned work. 4. New joinee will suffer a lot. 5. Requirement on given work will change everyday. 6. There has to be some discussion on assigned work so that it will put some picture infront of developer. It will be very easy for the developer to come up with different scenarios and all. 7. Domain knowledge is missing here.
