Pros
Most of the staff is close nit and freindly. Hour long lunches are also nice. The ceo is willing to mentor the right person.
Cons
When I started many of us that interviewed at the same time were promiser a pay raise after a probation period, that raise never came and instead we got an esoteric bonus program. The program was hard to understand as there were no clear metrics and often resulted in the staff getting less than an extra 20 bucks on each paycheck. The Ceo also lost sight of the companies values that he himself set and published on the company website and would often prioritize profits over customer service, even if we were the ones that screwed up an order. To hide negative reviews we often switched review platforms and published scores of fake reviews.
