I can recommend working for AnywhereNow and with the ANOW team to anybody. As with any company, there are things that good have been done better - but the culture to discuss was open and focussed on problem solving.

Too much distance between the European HQ and Operations in the US. Plus a knowledge gap related to "doing business" in the US.

Work / life balance is very good. Work from home

Training for the product and use of their products need improvement.
