Pros

Working in a start-up company, you'll learn how to pace yourself according to the pace of the company. You'll be open to many changes and learn how to adapt to these changes. The environment and the people here also adopt a friendly and open-minded culture.

Cons

If you're someone who likes consistency, Anywhr is not for you. As mentioned, changes always happen and you'll always have to keep yourself on the ball to know what's going on.

Pros

• Founders who take care of your learning goals and go out of the way to mentor and coach you in areas you want to learn more • Create your own roles and find things that interest you • Flat structure where you get to learn directly from founders and learn about their struggles • Opportunities for self discovery to find out about your interests, strengths and weaknesses and getting out of comfort zone

Cons

• It can get hectic during peak season (don't be afraid to ask for help from other team members)

Pros

When you’re at Anywhr, you get to do work that differs from the average man. From destination research to compiling the handy Travelogue, what you do here will really be a unique experience!! Also, the culture at Anywhr is also one that embraces mistakes and is really encouraging. None of that hierarchical pyramid that blocks barriers between full-timer and what-nots. Definitely a great starting point for interns who have great interest in tourism!! PLUS POINT: i especially love that i can dress comfortably to work. if i want to wear jeans, or shorts, bottom-ups, t-shirts, i never have to worry about being office appropriate which makes working so much more comfortable so you’re more productive eventually :—)

Cons

downsides are few, but the office size is really small and so there may be some discomfort in sitting arrangements (but don’t forget its a start up) and the chairs can also make ur back hurt but nth a good pillow at the back cannot do !
