Pros
Management good people. They have hard job. Clients you work with are the greatest people on earth and they make you feel as your the most important person in the world
Cons
Co workers, back stabbing for no reason at all. There is no moving up in this job so there really is no reason for co workers treating each other this way other than they have too much time on their hands.
