      Good payers. Would work for them again no problem. Id worked in Forties with BP so lots of guys were still there i knew. Great crack. Use S92s

      Cons

      Shame its 3&3 rota but most companies are these days.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits for staff roles. Lots of opportunities and room to drive improvement if you are proactive.

      Cons

      Everyone is either overloaded with work due to the lean operating model, or kicking their heels awaiting instruction that never comes because their line managers are so busy. Poor safety culture compared to other operators.
