The benefits were halfway decent

Previous management was fair and balanced to work for. They knew how to run a business. There was a reason things were done a certain way which made sense. The new current management knows nothing about running a business and threw all accountability out the window, regarding checks and balances. He wants a "friends" atmosphere, prioritizing personal connections over merit and qualifications. If you aren't in with the click, you won't last long.
