Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry that your experience didn't match your expectations. When hiring someone, we want to make sure they will be successful working with us. This is why we have a rigorous on-boarding process where we meet after 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, and 3 months, during these meetings we raise any issues with the new employee performance and we discuss how we can help them resolve these issues.
We are very surprised by the comment because for one we value the feedback from our employees, we would never threaten anyone. We are also very successful at leveraging the latest technologies for our cloud-based solution. Our solution uses many Azure services and it's able to scale with the demand for our product. This would not be possible if we didn't know technology.
Our objective has always been to make our employees successful and keep them happy. So far it seems to work since most of our employees have been with us for over 5 years.
