      You can come to work high.

      Cons

      The boss only cares if you make sales. He is not professional and will fire anyone if you aren’t making him enough money. He won’t even help you figure out what you’re doing wrong. This place is a joke.

      Pros

      Great leadership, Fed takes time to 1 on 1 with me in any.area I'm having trouble. Put a lot of faith in switching from a guaranteed $32 an hr job welding, and so far has paid off. Great tactics for building together as a team, team nights on Monday nights, are always a great time and get to evaluate without stress. All around great company.
