Just before I left a merger occurred with Cabot credit management which may have help rectify the issues noted below.

Not very well organised or professional lacked a clear lack of direction. There was no workflow structure in place and hence everything was done ad-hoc. Middle management seemed hesitant to make decisions and stick by them and hence decision making was a very long process for what is was a relatively small company.
